This afternoon I posted on Twitter that I was struggling to adjust the columns on my blog here. I prefer the TypePad themes, as I am not savvy enough to put together a cohesive look with banner, but I was using widgets that were getting cut off in the template sizing. I even upgraded my account to get access to the Custom CSS tools that let you modify the given themes. Man, I don't even have a handle on rudimentary HTML, never mind this!
At any rate, let me get to Big Brother...this evening I have an e-mail from TypePad. Someone from TypePad has seen my tweet, used the link to it to open a trouble ticket on my behalf and e-mailed me a link to an article in the knowledge base to help with my problem! While in this case, it was quite helpful and a pleasant surprise, at the same time I am a little freaked out!
